Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a part-time Nursing Instructor to support online pre-licensure BSN and MSN – Direct Entry Programs. Intensives are scheduled for 3 consecutive days and run multiple times per semester.

The instructor will provide subject matter expertise, engage students with effective communication, and apply pedagogical mastery to deliver high-quality nursing education. A clinical background and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required.
• RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• Recent hospital or clinical experience.
• Simulation experience preferred.

This Nursing Instructor (part-time) will support Herzing's online pre-licensure BSN and MSN – Direct Entry Programs. Intensives are scheduled for 3 consecutive days and run multiple times per semester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Recent experience in hospital or clinical setting
• Unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in Tennessee or a compact state
• Simulation experience preferred
