Salary Range:$1,485/credit for MA/MS; $1,686/credit for Ph.D. or Terminal Degree.

Job Purpose

The Department of Teacher Education at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, invites applications for its Adjunct Faculty Pool focused on Washington State teacher certification coursework. We welcome applications from individuals with 5–7 years of K–12 teaching experience who demonstrate specialized expertise in K–12 educational practice. Essential Functions
  • Prepare, plan and teach assigned courses

Minimum Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in an education discipline

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior teaching experience at the university level.
  • Demonstrated ability/potential to provide quality educational experiences to a diverse student population.
  • Supervisory or administrative role in K-12 educational system
  • K-12 teacher certification (Elementary, Secondary, WA Endorsement areas)
