Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of classroom teaching experience in a K-12 public school is preferred.
• Master’s Degree or Higher.
• The adjunct will teach a face-to-face 8:30 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday course on the Hardin Valley Campus for Fall 2026.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach classes as assigned and per course descriptions and syllabi.
• Supervise student study and learning activities.
• Submit requests for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids through department leadership.
• Evaluate students’ academic progress.
• Demonstrate knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures per Adjunct Faculty Handbook.
• Submit course grades and perform other administrative duties as required.
• Schedule two office hours; provide a written plan if office hours cannot be scheduled.
