Job summary

Jefferson seeks an Adjunct Professor to teach online courses in the College of Business. The role is temporary/part-time, focusing on online delivery and course setup with ongoing student engagement.

Responsibilities include managing IT, business, and HR courses, grading, and regular communication with students and administrators. Prior online teaching and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, HRM, or IT.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience required; online teaching experience required.
• Experience with Canvas Learning Management System highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• 7-10 years of leadership progression preferred.
