Responsibilities

• Prepare course materials and deliver instruction to up to 35 students.
• Assess student performance and maintain accurate course records.
• Adhere to departmental and college policies.
• Hold regular office hours and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide academic guidance related to course content.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or a closely related field (completed or in progress); doctoral degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate level.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and strong commitment to undergraduate education in a liberal arts environment.
• Ability to create inclusive learning experiences for a diverse student body.
