Adjunct Instructor of ASPIRE-Degree Completion (Pool)

Area/Department: Academic Affairs/Degree Completion

Status/FLSA: Adjunct Faculty/Non-exempt

Reports to: Director of Degree Completion

The ASPIRE Simpson University Degree Completion (DC) Program seeks qualified candidates to teach undergraduate courses in Business, Math, Psychology, Teacher Education, and Social Welfare in both face‑to‑face and online formats for the 2025-2026 academic year. This is a part‑time, temporary adjunct faculty position that may be filled as needed through ongoing recruitment. Applicants are contacted and hired year‑round based on university needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional experience in a related field
• Experience teaching college‑level courses, preferably in an accelerated online format

Salary: $26 hourly
