Adjunct Instructor in Natural Sciences and Nursing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Adjunct Instructor in the School of Natural Sciences and Nursing will:

  • Teach courses in biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, data analytics, environmental science, mathematics, nursing and/or physics as needed in Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters based on candidate expertise and qualifications. Courses could be assigned as in-person or online instruction.
  • Utilize innovative and collaborative teaching methods in support of the School's mission and learning objectives.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned/as outlined in the Faculty Manual

Education and Professional Experience
  • Master's Degree or appropriate professional experience in a related field.
  • Teaching/Instructional experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Ph.D. or ABD in a related field
  • Documented background in the related instructional area.
  • Two years of college-level teaching experience.
