Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or Master’s Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in a related field.
• Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience, or the equivalent as an adjunct instructor.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Strong background in pedagogy and teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned by the supervisor and evaluate student learning.
• Develop appropriate lesson plans and align with course objectives.
• Assist with advising, orientation and registration activities for students.
• Engage in curriculum and instructional performance evaluation and program review.
• Represent the college professionally in communities and college district.
• Engage in professional development as required for credentialing.
