Job summary

Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate adjunct instructors to prepare the next generation of professionals and leaders. In-person, on-campus instruction for the Foundational Culinary Skills course at the GCU Main Campus in Phoenix, AZ.

The role requires a Masters in a related field and at least 5 years of culinary leadership experience in hospitality. PhD/DBA may be preferred for advanced roles, with Spring 2027 term.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field (MBA or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of culinary leadership experience in hospitality.
• PhD/DBA preferred for advanced roles.
