About This Role

• Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques.
• Develop discipline‑related curricula, assess student learning, and participate in program evaluation and college activities.
• Maintain college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan.
• Teach SHRM SCP, CP, and Essentials classes to college continuing education students.
• Work schedule varies depending on the teaching assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred.

Employment Conditions

• Employment is contingent upon passing a drug test and completing a criminal background investigation.
• The College conducts its employment activity within the State of Florida except for occasional brief and temporary pre‑approved periods related to college travel.
