Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• Two years of related work experience or evidence of specialized training may be considered.
• Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business topics.
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using assessment tools.
• Maintain SAP reporting records to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly campus-wide instructor in-service meetings.
• Stay informed with advancements in teaching through professional development.
• Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment each module.
• Contribute to program improvement through committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Additional tasks as needed.
