College of DuPage seeks adjunct faculty members to teach welding. Candidates will facilitate and support student success in a multicultural environment, meet individual educational needs of our diverse campus, and ensure quality instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings.
Opportunities may exist to teach a flexible schedule that may include teaching assignments during days, evenings, and weekends.
Adjunct faculty instructors are responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings; courses may be conducted in face‑to‑face, online, hybrid, or blended formats. They are also responsible for student evaluation and timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction.
Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching is preferred. Access to personal technology and a home computer with appropriate ability to teach online is required.
These positions are paid by stipends for course assignments.
A pre‑employment background check at the College’s expense is required.
