Ivy Tech Bloomington campus is seeking part-time Welding instructors to begin in August. Welding courses use a blended format with online lectures and in-person labs once a week for four hours, including some Morgan County offerings.
Ideal candidates should be familiar with STICK, MIG, and TIG welding. Adjuncts are paid $46.75 per contact hour and may not teach more than 13 hours per week. Responsibilities include developing syllabi and ensuring safety and FERPA compliance.
Ivy Tech Bloomington campus is searching for part time Welding instructors to teach welding starting in August. Welding courses are taught in a blended format. The lecture is online and lab is in person one day a week for 4 hours. We have welding courses during the day and evening as well as some courses are offered in Morgan County. Individuals should be familiar with Shielded Metal Arc Welding (STICK), Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG).
Adjuncts make $46.75 per contact hour and can not teach more than 13hrs per week.
