Position Summary: La Salle University’s Religion & Theology program in the Department of Humanity & Society has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct faculty to teach each semester on an “as needed” basis. In particular, instructors may be needed for REL 100: Religion Matters. Other possible courses taught by adjunct faculty may include: REL 210: The Hebrew Scriptures or REL 220: Catholicism in the Modern World or similar. These courses are generally offered in person, in the daytime.

• Master’s degree in Religion or closely related field.

• Ph.D., Th.D., or similar terminal degree in Religion and/or Theology.
• Willingness to be flexible in class scheduling.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours

• Some classes offered may be in the evenings, on weekends, or online.
