Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1-year full-time teaching experience, or the equivalent as an adjunct instructor.
• Higher education teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong background in pedagogy and use of educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses with planned objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with course objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and submit course outlines and syllabi to the supervisor.
• Assist in developing measurable course objectives and plans.
• Foster a professional student-staff relationship and support student communication.
• Maintain accurate course records and complete required forms.
• Be available for student consultation and advising when needed.
• Assist in recruitment of students and support curriculum evaluation.
• Represent the college professionally in the community.
• Engage in ongoing professional development as required.
