BRCC is seeking an Adjunct Faculty - OSHA to deliver engaging, compliant coursework on workplace safety, hazard recognition, injury prevention, and OSHA10 certification. You will prepare lessons, facilitate hands-on training, assess student performance, and stay current with OSHA regulations.
Locations include Dixon Correctional Institute, Louisiana Correctional Institute for Women, East Baton Rouge Parish Prison, West Baton Rouge Parish Prison and other facilities across Louisiana.

The Adjunct Faculty - OSHA will deliver engaging, compliant coursework on topics such as workplace safety, hazard recognition, injury prevention, and OSHA10 certification. This role includes preparing lessons, facilitating classroom and hands-on training, assessing student performance, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:Adjunct Faculty members are responsible for teaching courses as assigned. Adjunct Faculty may teach in the evening, weekends, online and dual enrollment courses as needed. Adjunct Faculty are expected to support the institution\'s mission and vision and abide by the Faculty Handbook and college-wide policies. Adjunct Faculty are expected to maintain currency in their teaching discipline. Adjunct Faculty report directly to the academic program manager and/or department chair within their respective departments and divisions.

Required Education:Current OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Construction or General Industry certification.
