Successful candidates will receive a two‑month, destination‑specific appointment completed full‑time onsite at a project center. The position requires part‑time advising in the two months prior to departure (on‑campus or remotely) and mandatory participation in advisor trainings.

• Lead onsite orientations and respond to emergencies.
• Assist project teams in resolving issues of group dynamics, sponsor relationships, and other challenges.
• Exhibit flexibility, self‑initiative, and thrive under challenging conditions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related discipline.
• Relevant practical experience and successful undergraduate or graduate teaching experience.
• Experience living or working abroad is highly desired.
• Ability to travel to international and domestic locations as part of the program.

Compensation

$3,000 per PQP and $12,000 Global Projects Program Advisor.
