Job summary

Herzing University is seeking an adjunct faculty member for graduate nursing education, delivering didactic and clinical instruction remotely within the United States. Applicants must hold a compact RN license or be eligible to obtain a WI multi-state license by hire date and possess an MSN with a PhD, DNP, or Doctorate in Education or a related healthcare field.

A PHMNP board certification and online teaching experience are required.

Qualifications

• Compact RN license
  • If you do not currently hold an unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in WI or a multi-state compact license, the ability to obtain these will be required by date of hire
• Master of Science in Nursing with a PhD, DNP or Doctorate in Education or related Healthcare field
• Hold an PHMNP National Board Certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in online nursing education

Preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a graduate nursing program
• Experience with Canvas as a learning management system

Compensation

Compensation for graduate nursing adjunct is $900 per didactic credit and $500 per student for teaching clinical.
