Job summary

Herzing University seeks a graduate nursing adjunct to teach online courses from a U.S. location. The role requires an MS in Nursing with a PhD/DNP or Ed Doctorate, a compact RN license, PHMNP certification, and at least two years in online nursing education. Preference for graduate program teaching and Canvas LMS familiarity.

Compensation is $900 per didactic credit and $500 per student for clinical teaching. Eligible for 401(k) with company match and education assistance programs.

Job description

To participate in a remote work arrangement, employees must reside in the United States. No remote work arrangement will be considered for working from outside the United States.

Qualifications

• Compact RN license
  • If you do not currently hold an unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in WI or a multi-state compact license, the ability to obtain these will be required by date of hire
• Master of Science in Nursing with a PhD, DNP or Doctorate in Education or related Healthcare field
• Hold an PHMNP National Board Certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in online nursing education

Preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a graduate nursing program
• Experience with Canvas as a learning management system

Compensation for graduate nursing adjunct is $900 per didactic credit and $500 per student for teaching clinical.
