Job summary

Hofstra University invites applications for Adjunct Faculty, Mathematics. The Department of Mathematics seeks part-time instructors to teach lower-division courses for STEM and non-STEM majors. All courses are conducted in person, with an allocation of no more than two courses per semester.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in mathematics or related field and will be committed to inclusive, equitable pedagogy and engaging a diverse student body.

Description

The Department of Mathematics seeks adjunct faculty members to teach lower-division courses for STEM and non-STEM majors. Courses are taught in person. Adjunct faculty members are assigned no more than two courses in a semester.
