Job Description: The Department of Communication & Writing seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach FCO210: Communication in Professional Cultures and FCO215: Technical and Scientific Communication. These second-year courses integrate instruction in written, oral, and visual communication, focusing on applications in pre-professional coursework and professional contexts.
Faculty are responsible for designing and teaching courses that support student attainment of course learning outcomes.
A successful candidate will have: 1) a Master’s degree or higher in rhetoric and composition, technical or scientific writing or communication, or a closely related field; 2) professional experience with scientific, technical, or business communication; and 3) undergraduate teaching experience.
