Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an adjunct English faculty member to deliver courses in alignment with college objectives and policies. The role emphasizes online engagement, effective use of technology, and maintaining accurate student records in a supportive educational environment.
The position requires a master's degree in English or a related field with English coursework; part-time, as-needed scheduling for the Indianapolis area and online sections.
Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.
