Colorado State University seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach Computer Information Systems courses on a per-course basis. Instructors design syllabi, ensure outcomes, and deliver material through CSU’s learning management system and multimedia tools.
Positions are temporary, with teaching assignments for fall, spring, and/or summer terms. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
The Department of Computer Information Systems in the College of Business may hire temporary faculty from an applicant pool from time to time. The teaching load and course assignments are determined by the Department Chair. Instructors may be hired for fall, spring and/or summer term in a given academic year. Applications will be accepted throughout the calendar year. Hiring decisions are normally made during the late spring and throughout the summer for fall semester, during fall semester for spring semester, and during spring semester for the summer term. Salary Range: Per course basis; default starting pay is $7,000 - $7,500/class; in select instances, pay may be higher commensurate with experience/course complexity.
