Description of Duties
The faculty member is expected to encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi, developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance the students' educational experience. They will also develop, execute, and evaluate methods of assessing student performance, and develop, secure, and maintain the equipment and instructional materials essential for classroom presentation.
Education & Experience
Applicants should be a Registered Professional Reporter, Certified Realtime Reporter, Certified Realtime Captioner, Certified Shorthand Reporter, or hold an equivalent qualification. A minimum of three years of professional reporter experience is required. Current membership and active participation in an education association or professional organization are also required. Oral English proficiency is necessary.
