About the Position: The Teaching and Learning Unit, the Inclusive Early Childhood Education (IECE) program, and the Secondary Education (SEED) program in the George Mason University College of Education and Human Development invite applications from highly qualified adjunct faculty to teach an array of undergraduate and graduate courses. The IECE and SEED programs are state‑approved initial licensure programs. George Mason University has a strong institutional commitment to the achievement of excellence.
Responsibilities: Instructors would work in the Inclusive Early Childhood Education program or Secondary Education program, to teach coursework that is offered in a variety of learning formats, including online, hybrid, and face‑to‑face, with day and evening schedules (hybrid or in‑person class sessions will be held on the George Mason Fairfax campus). Courses for which instructors are being sought include the following:
