Tennessee Board of Regents seeks a qualified chemistry instructor to lead on-ground lecture and laboratory courses across multiple campuses. You will teach CHEM 1010/1020, CHEM 1110/1120, and CHEM 2010/2020 with laboratory components at Oak Ridge, Roane, Cumberland, and Campbell County campuses.
Teaching loads may include day or evening hours and satellite campuses, with emphasis on delivering traditional face-to-face coursework and integrating Zoom and D2L to support student learning.
Emphasis will be placed on teaching students in on-ground lecture and laboratory courses.
Chemistry courses are offered at the following campuses: Oak Ridge, Roane, Cumberland, and Campbell county.

Candidates qualifying to teach Introductory/General Chemistry lectures must have a minimum of a Master’s degree with 18 or more graduate semester hours in chemistry from a regionally accredited institution. Candidates qualifying to teach Organic Chemistry lectures must have graduate coursework in organic chemistry.
Previous experience teaching lecture and laboratories is desired.
