Grand Rapids Community College seeks adjunct faculty for the Fall 2025 semester in the downtown campus Business Department. The ideal candidate will teach in areas such as Business Administration, Management, and Marketing, with a passion for student success and a commitment to high-quality learning experiences.
Adjunct needs are determined semester by semester, with classes offered Mon–Sat in multiple modalities including In person, Hybrid, Online and Virtual.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in relevant or associated field Masters degree preferred Degrees from an accredited institution required A minimum of five years industry experience required Teaching experience at a community college preferred Experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds and with varying academic skills Participation in professional development andor continuous improvement activities in order to remain current in the field Skills Demonstrated expertise in the subject area and a commitment to continuous professional development Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and faculty team Proficiency in using instructional technology and learning management systems egGmail Canvas Blackboard Excellent written and oral communication skills
