Position: Adjunct Faculty – Department of Interdisciplinary Team Projects

Interdisciplinary Team Projects are a cornerstone of the DigiPen experience and play a central role in the curriculum, fostering the collaborative production environment that defines the institution's approach to education. Through these projects, students work alongside peers from a variety of disciplines to tackle complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and gain meaningful, real-world production experience. This hands‑on, team-based approach helps students build the communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and project management skills essential for success in both their academic pursuits and future careers.
The Department of Interdisciplinary Team Projects at DigiPen Institute of Technology invites applications for potential future positions as Adjunct Faculty – Interdisciplinary Team Projects Instructor. Faculty members play a vital role in mentoring and guiding student teams throughout the project lifecycle, helping students apply technical knowledge in collaborative production settings while developing the professional communication, leadership, teamwork, and project management skills essential for success in the games, technology, and digital media industries.
