- Minimum of 5 years of full-time financial planning practitioner experience (or minimum of 3 years for undergraduate faculty)
- Achievement and maintenance of program-specific designations, such as CFP
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the faculty team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Preferred industry designations, such as AFC, CFA, CPA, EA
- Preferred The American College designations, such as ChFC, CAP, CLU, RICP, WMCP, CLF
