Job summary

North-West College - Riverside, CA seeks an instructional support professional for the DMS Program. Under the direct supervision of the Program Chair, you will lead instruction for Anatomy and Physiology labs and assist students in mastering principles through hands-on demonstrations.

You will maintain accurate records of student engagement and laboratory activities while fostering an interactive classroom environment that encourages questions and deep exploration of concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human Anatomy and Physiology (required).
• Minimum one year of practical teaching experience in a college-level classroom or laboratory setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead instruction for Anatomy (101L) and Physiology (102L) courses.
