Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field, plus at least 18 graduate-level credits in a relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• In-person teaching experience at college level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality student learning through teaching assigned courses.
• Increase student engagement by providing regular presence in the course (in-person at least four days per week for online courses) and engaging activities.
• Provide substantive and timely feedback on course assessments within Learning Management System (typically within five business days).
• Respond to student inquiries typically within 24 hours during business days (48 hours on weekends).
• Collaborate with academic advising, career development, and academic team to support student success.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and follow university policies.
