The role involves planning lessons, delivering lectures, assessing progress, maintaining records for SAP, and contributing to program improvements through committee involvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• Candidates with related work experience or specialized training may be considered.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess instruction using approved curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Teach up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare lesson plans for each class session.
• Deliver lectures and facilitate Project-Based Learning (PBL) on business topics.
• Assist students in the learning process.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools.
• Maintain SAP reporting records to the Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Stay informed on teaching advancements through professional development.
• Organize field outings for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement through committee involvement.
• Provide academic advising support.
• Additional tasks as needed.
