Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on CNC machining, CNC programming, tool and die, or related experience.
• Ability to explain machining concepts clearly and teach adult learners.
• Experience with safe machine operation and setup in an instructional setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on CNC training in classroom, lab, and employer-site settings.
• Develop and use course outlines, lab activities, and assessments aligned with workforce training objectives.
• Demonstrate safe operation of CNC machines, tooling, and workholding devices.
• Adapt instruction for learners with varying levels of experience.
• Maintain attendance, progress, and course-completion records.
