JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Assists in the instruction of radiologic theory and clinical practices to students in the School of Radiologic Technology while demonstrating the ability to promote CQI and customer relations, tailored to the needs of the age population served, as defined in the department’s scope of service.

JOB FUNCTIONS
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Equivalent to two years of professional radiographer experience.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Meets JRCERT educational standards.
SPECIAL SKILL, LICENSE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Credentialed with ARRT or Louisiana Radiologic Technology Board, proficient in instructional techniques.
HIPAA REQUIREMENTS: Maintains knowledge and adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient and organizational information.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Follows safety practices, reports incidents, and handles safety procedures appropriately.
