Adjunct Clinical Faculty members assist course Faculty in implementing the clinical component of a nursing program. In accordance with established nursing standards, the Adjunct Clinical Faculty supervises student practice by providing guidance, direction and support appropriate to the clinical situation. This role also evaluates student performance in the clinical setting and provides feedback on the student’s performance to course faculty.

Our defined compensation structure is market competitive and is built to reward performance. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $33.00 to $45.00 per hour. We take a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including but not limited to the job and level hired into, location, skill set, experience and training, peer compensation and other business and organizational needs.
