Responsibilities

• Creates, distributes, and reviews the course syllabus.
• Teaches assigned class material in line with learning objectives.
• Evaluates student performance promptly using departmental rubrics.
• Meets with department chair to develop courseware and curriculum.
• Maintains attendance, involvement, and progress records.
• Communicates with students outside class for supplementary instruction.
• Participates in faculty meetings and serves on faculty panels.
