Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or terminal degree as required for the course.
• Valid Pupil Personnel School Counselor Credential or reciprocal credential.
• Minimum three years PK-12 school counselor experience.
• Experience with data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership in school counseling.
• Active membership in professional school counseling organizations.
• Knowledge of the ASCA National Model, ethics and related content.
• Experience with distance learning technologies in teaching.
• Ability to incorporate experiential learning to engage students.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating classroom and distance learning.
• Course and syllabus preparation.
• Curriculum coordination and planning.
• Assessment and evaluation of learners.
• Mentoring and advising of students.
• Holding office hours and meeting with students.
