Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related industry or equivalent military experience.
• Preferred 3 years of teaching in post-secondary education or military equivalent.
• Preferred 3 years of leadership experience or military equivalent.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, diverse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned aviation maintenance technology courses and labs.
• Prepare course proposals, curriculum, instructional materials, and evaluation tools.
• Maintain accurate student and instructional records.
• Collaborate with colleagues for scheduling and accreditation compliance.
• Engage with local employers to arrange field experiences for students.
