LM Wind Power / GE is seeking a part-time Adjunct Assistant Professor of Office Systems Technology to develop and teach courses for Santa Fe College. The ideal candidate is required to possess a Master's degree and subject matter expertise, while helping students succeed in a diverse environment.
This role involves delivering interactive instruction, collaborating with academic peers, and maintaining student records per college guidelines. Flexible scheduling is necessary as courses may be taught at multiple locations.
Each part‑time faculty member reports to a chair or director, satisfies criteria for accreditation, possesses subject matter expertise, and has the following instructional and institutional responsibilities:
Salary is determined per the SF Salary Schedule. Under general supervision, the Adjunct Assistant Professor of Office Systems Technology will develop, prepare and teach Office Systems Technology coursework. Faculty may be assigned to SF's main Northwest campus or housed at any of the College's six educational centers in Alachua and Bradford counties. Courses may be taught during the day, evening, or online, or other distance formats. Candidates must have the flexibility to teach at any site and at different times throughout the academic year.
Reports to: Faculty Coordinator and Academic Chair, Business Programs.
