Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure in the program area being taught.
• Direct professional experience in the healthcare or allied health field.
• Ability to meet instructor eligibility requirements.
• Ability to teach, demonstrate, supervise, and evaluate entry‑level healthcare skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach or support short‑term healthcare workforce courses in online, hybrid, or in‑person formats.
• Ensure instruction aligns with curriculum, certification requirements, and learning outcomes.
• Lead hands‑on labs, demonstrations, practice sessions, simulations, and competency checkoffs.
• Evaluate student readiness and document attendance, participation, skills, and completion requirements.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and remediation for entry‑level healthcare roles.
• Reinforce workplace expectations, including professionalism and patient‑centered care.
• Support students using online platforms and certification prep resources.
• Collaborate with program leadership and instructors to ensure program quality.
