Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dental Hygiene Clinical Instructor to provide laboratory and clinical teaching. The successful candidate will mentor students and participate in clinic assignments. A minimum of an associate degree in Dental Hygiene is required, along with clinical experience and a current Maryland license.

Teaching experience is preferred, and responsibilities include grading and evaluating student performance. The position may require evening or weekend hours in an office/clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a dental hygienist with a minimum of an associate degree; a baccalaureate degree preferred.
• Must have a current Maryland-issued Dental Hygiene or Dental License, or the ability to obtain one.
• 3 years of full-time clinical experience in dental hygiene.

Skills / Competencies / Qualifications

Education

• Must be a dental hygienist with a minimum of an associate degree; a baccalaureate degree preferred
• Professional experience necessary to understand and fulfill the program goals
• Documented background in the assigned subject

Professional

• Must have a current Maryland-issued Dental Hygiene or Dental License, or the ability to obtain one
• Must have current CPR certification/health care provider
• Excellent oral and written communication
• 3 years of full-time clinical experience
• Teaching experience preferred
• Documentation of background in educational methodology
