Job summary

tesa is seeking a Technology Developer to advance hotmelt adhesive technologies, formulations, processing methods, and building blocks. You will lead feasibility studies, support product development programs, and collaborate with global R&D teams to translate innovative ideas into scalable adhesive solutions.

You will contribute to lab and pilot-scale experiments, manage project tasks, and document findings for international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with adhesive formulation and polymer systems.
• Experience leading or contributing to development projects.
• Ability to plan and execute lab and pilot-scale trials.
• Experience with analytical equipment for sample characterization.

Responsibilities

• Develops products, materials, processes, technology modules within feasibility studies and projects.
• Coordinates and supervises pilot and production trials.
• Performs experimental work including sample prep and trial planning.
• Documents and reports on an international scale and supports IP work.
