Job summary

Henkel in United States (Brandon, SD) is seeking a production operator to manufacture advanced technology adhesives for automotive customers. You will operate and adjust production equipment, monitor quality, maintain production records and support safe, efficient shift operations.

Two shifts are available: 2nd shift 2:00pm–10:00pm and 3rd shift 10:00pm–6:00am. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior manufacturing or batching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Previous batching/blending experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
