Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Production employee for our Adhesive Technologies unit in Enoree, SC. This position focuses on following batch sheet instructions to meet targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include GMP/GDP compliant documentation, 5S housekeeping, and active participation in safety initiatives. Training to certify in production areas will be provided, with alignment to Henkel values and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Follows batch sheet instructions to meet production targets with quality output.
• Adherence to safety policies and active participation in safety program.
• Maintains 5S and housekeeping in production areas.
• Completes documentation using GDP and ensures quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch sheet instructions to safely meet production targets.
• Maintain a safe work environment and participate in safety program.
• Wear PPE and follow GMP requirements.
• Complete GDP documentation and ensure quality standards.
• Support 5S, housekeeping and area cleanliness.
• Meet production targets and report downtime promptly.
• Assist in cross-training to become certified in production areas.
• Provide feedback for safety, quality and production improvements.
• Work in alignment with Henkel vision and values.
• Perform other duties as directed by Production Supervisor.
