Job summary

ORAFOL AMERICAS INC in Ellabell, GA is seeking individuals to handle and mix various adhesive and silicone materials while ensuring compliance with hazardous waste regulations. Responsibilities include mixing adhesives, operating the Bulk Tank farm, and maintaining product quality in adherence to ORAFOL’s Quality Program.

Responsibilities

• Mixing dispersion and gray adhesive.
• Handling all adhesives and silicone materials and special waste.
• Providing adhesive to the lines on time.
• Conducting adhesive samples for quality purposes.
• Off loading of tankers.
• Operating Bulk Tank farm.
• Working within Business Express (BE) for scheduling.
• Meeting all quality requirements for all series.
• Identifying Hazardous Waste.
• Ensuring proper containers are used for hazardous materials.
• Labeling Hazardous Waste Containers.
• Moving materials designated as hazardous wastes into storage.
• Completing weekly inspections using appropriate checklist.
• Maintaining work area and equipment in clean condition.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Following prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintaining optimal level of product quality.
