Houlihan Lokey is seeking an Analyst to support corporate finance engagements in our Dallas, TX office. You will assist with M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments, preparing financial analyses and valuation work under supervision.

The ideal candidate has up to 1 year of related investment banking experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits with meaningful client exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of investment banking experience preferred.
• Exposure to M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects is a plus.
• Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and explain financial information of a given company and related companies within the respective industry.
• Perform valuations of companies using traditional valuation methodologies.
• Prepare confidential offering memorandums, management presentations, buyers lists, marketing pitches, and assist in the marketing and planning of engagements.
