Senior Systems Integration Engineer/Developer (MuleSoft)

Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer / Developer (MuleSoft) with over 5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft 4.3+ to lead the design and implementation of advanced data integration solutions for our client in Irving, Texas. This role involves shaping the enterprise’s data integration strategy by leveraging modern platforms such as digital twin, Azure, MQTT, and Snowflake.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, developing RESTful and SOAP APIs aligned with API-led architecture, mentoring junior developers, and implementing security standards for authentication and authorization. Additional tasks include establishing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing application performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting technical processes, monitoring systems, and driving continuous improvement. The role also encompasses real-time data exchange protocols with MQTT, IoT device integration, and participation in change management, data governance, and C4E initiatives. This is an onsite 12-month contract position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft 4.3+, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave
• Proficiency with Anypoint Design Center, Exchange, API Manager
• Strong understanding of API development, integration patterns, and secure data sharing
• Experience with Azure services, MQTT, AI, Snowflake, Kafka
• Knowledge of Java, Python, scripting languages, MuleSoft CloudHub
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and MUnit testing
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Azure-based integration tools
• Understanding of Gen AI methodologies and MuleSoft RPA
• Adherence to C4E best practices
