Autotiv Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Warehouse Associate to join our on-site team in Salem, NH. You’ll start with shipping, receiving and post-processing 3D-printed parts, in a comfortable air-conditioned shop.

We’ll train you to operate a wide range of 3D printers and processes, use various tools, and perform inspections to ensure quality. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork and learning.

Job Description

Join our on‑site team in a comfortable, air‑conditioned facility alongside some amazing colleagues. We’ll train you to master your responsibilities, which will initially include shipping and receiving and post‑processing custom‑manufactured parts.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving parts
• Learning to operate a wide variety of 3D printers and processes
• Utilizing various manual and automated air and hand tools for part preparation
• Conducting inspection and quality control
• Ensuring shop cleanliness

• Computer proficiency (Email, Windows OS, learning Autotiv's custom software)
• The ability to stand for extended periods
• The strength to lift 30 lbs regularly and team lift heavier loads occasionally
• Comfort working in warm conditions with protective gear
• A knack for working efficiently under pressure

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation Package

• Starting at $20/hour with pay increases of up to $0.60/hour each quarter based on performance reviews
• Optional overtime available at 1.5x pay rate
• Employee profit‑sharing program bonus
