Job summary

Autotiv is seeking a dedicated team player to join our on-site production shop. You will start by handling shipping and receiving and progress to mastering multiple 3D printing processes, part preparation, and quality checks.

You will work in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment with training provided. Compensation starts at $20/hour with quarterly increases and overtime options; generous benefits and profit-sharing are included.

Qualifications

• Task-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
• Computer proficiency including email, Windows OS, and learning custom software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30 lbs regularly.
• Comfort working in warm conditions (with AC) and protective gear.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving parts.
• Learn to operate a wide variety of 3D printers and processes.
• Use manual and automated tools for part preparation.
• Perform inspection and quality control.
