Job summary

Additae Digital in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead process development and production execution for LPBF/MAM projects.

You will own equipment performance, scheduling, and team development, partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and delivery for aerospace/defense applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on LPBF / metal additive manufacturing experience.
• Strong process and parameter development expertise.
• Experience taking additive components from development through qualification into production.
